In order to strengthen the guidance and management of China hot melt adhesive market, understand the latest industry trends, improve the communications and collaborations between the upstream and downstream firms, and promote the high quality development of China hot-melt adhesive industry, China Adhesives and Tape Industry Association (CATIA) and Hot-Melt Adhesive Committee will organize the 2020 China Hot-Melt Adhesives Forum on July 1st-3rd, 2020 in Foshan, Guangzhou Province. 2020 is the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Hot-Melt Adhesive Committee. In order to commemorate this special milestone, we will hold a series of publicity and celebration activities during this time. Hot-melt adhesive and HMPSA manufacturers, users, raw material suppliers and scientific research institutes from domestic and international regions are welcome to register for participation.
I. Contents
This forum will discuss in-depth the technological innovation and market trend in the downstream application field of hot-melt adhesive, and also invite high-level guests to carry out high-end dialogue and simultaneously display the latest research results of the industry. The specific activities are as follows:
1. Current situation, terminal application market and development trends of hot-melt adhesive industry in China
2. New products, new materials and new application reports
1) Technical research and application of high-performance products in the field of hot-melt adhesive (such as PUR, polyolefin hot-melt adhesive, HMPSA, UV hot-melt adhesive and other applications in the fields of automobile, packaging, sanitary material, label, tapes and home appliances).
2) Application of new specialty materials in hot-melt adhesive.
3) The key technology and equipment of hot melt adhesive and HMPSA.
3. On the morning of July 2nd, it will be a general session, and on the afternoon of July 2nd and the morning of July 3rd, there will be two parallel tracks. The research directions are including the downstream innovative application of hot-melt adhesive, key raw materials, quality control and supporting equipment, cutting-edge technology progress, etc.
4. Exhibition of hot-melt adhesive and raw materials will be held on July 2nd and July 3rd Morning.
5. On the afternoon of July 3rd, representatives will be organized to visit the factories of Guangdong Xintao New Materials S&T Co., Ltd.,and Dongguan Co-Mo adhesives Co.,Ltd.
6. On the evening of July 2nd, the 30th anniversary celebration event of the Hot-Melt Adhesive Committee will be held.
7. The 4th work conference of 9th Hot Melt Adhesive Committee of CATIA will be held on July 1st evening (invited committee members and advisors only, notice will be issued separately).
II. Theme
Theme of the forum: Discuss together communicate together, create the future together. The forum is hosted by China Adhesives and Tape Industry Association (CATIA) and co-organized by Hot Melt Adhesive Committee. The hotel is about 9 kilometers away from Foshan railway station, 11 kilometers away from Foshan Shadi airport, 25 kilometers away from Guangzhounan Railway Station, and 55 kilometers away from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (South China Sea Terminal on the east side of the hotel to take the airport bus for about 70 minutes, 20 shuttle buses per day, one-way bus fare is about 30 yuan/person). There will be no transfer station/aircraft for the meeting.
3. Forum date: July 2nd to July 3rd Morning, 2020 (1.5 days), on the afternoon of June 4th, we will organize the factory visit.

IV. Fees
1. Accommodations:
RMB 580/day for deluxe single room or twin room (inclusive breakfast), RMB 800/day for suite room (inclusive breakfast). As the request of the hotel, to insure the housing needs of the participants, the accommodation fees shall be collected uniformly by the association. The deadline for reservation and payment is May 30th, 2020. Participants who have not paid the accommodation fees before May 30th will no longer be applicable for the group accommodation price. There are only a limited number of deluxe single room or twin room, first come first served. There is no limit to the number of suite room.
2. Conference registration fee (including conference, materials and meals):
CATIA Members: RMB 2,800 per person;
Non-members: RMB 3,200 per person.
Student/Professor: RMB 2000 per person
(RMB 200 discount per person for those who register and pay before February 28th)
3. Publicity of enterprises and products
1) Product promotion report: RMB 8,000/40 min, or RMB 6,000/25 min (only speaker’s registration fee for the forum is free).
2) Advertisement in the Conference Proceedings:
RMB 2,000/page
3) Exhibiting booth:
RMB 3,000/booth (about 6 sqm for each booth, equipped with 1 desk and 2 chairs, no fascia board).
4) Representative Card (Including Lanyards) Advertisement: RMB 20,000.

4. Members of the Hot Melt Adhesive Committee could enjoy one-person registration fee free, one free booth, one free paper insert advertisement, but the accommodation fee and transportation fee shall be paid by themselves.
