Michel Merkx是American Biltrite Inc.公司ABI/Ideal胶带部门的副总裁兼总经理，该公司是一家家族所有的全球多元化制造商，为各种工业和消费市场生产压敏胶带、地板产品、橡胶地垫、轧制橡胶和时尚珠宝。

在2009年加入American Biltrite之前，他曾在欧洲和美国的艾利丹尼森公司担任各种商业和综合管理职位。

他是一位出色的高级管理人员，在领导客户/市场驱动的增长、运营改进以及确保在多元文化的国际环境中取得可持续成果方面表现出色。

Michel拥有荷兰商学院（HTS）的学士学位、法国巴黎-美国大学的文学硕士学位以及法国和新加坡欧洲工商管理学院（INSEAD）的高管MBA学位。

他是美国压敏胶带委员会（PSTC）的前任主席和董事会成员；Legacy Treatment Solutions董事会成员，这是一家总部位于新泽西州的提供行为健康服务的非营利组织，也是Rotary International的活跃成员。

Biography:

Michel Merkx is Vice President & General Manager of the ABI/Ideal Tape Division of American Biltrite Inc., a family owned globally diversified manufacturer of pressure sensitive tapes, flooring products, rubber tiles, rolled rubber and fashion jewelry for various industrial and consumer markets.

Prior to joining American Biltrite in 2009, he worked at Avery Dennison in Europe and the USA in various commercial and general management roles of increasing scope and responsibility.

He is an accomplished senior management executive in leading customer/market driven growth, operational improvements, and ensuring sustainable results in a multi-cultured international environment.

Michel holds a BA of the Business School (HTS) in the Netherlands, an MA of the American University of Paris, France and an executive MBA from INSEAD, France and Singapore.

He is the past President and Board Member of the Pressure Sensitive Tape Council (PSTC), a US based industry trade association; member of the Board of Trustees of Legacy Treatment Solutions, a NJ based non-profit organization providing behavioral health services and an active member of Rotary International.
