Announcement on the Development of New Members and the Dismission of Members
Since the 8th Fourth Council was held in Ningbo in March, 2018, the Secretariat of China Adhesives and Tape Industry Association has carefully considered the enterprises applying for membership and developed into members of the Association.
On March 18, 2019, the China Adhesives and Tape Industry Association held the 8th Fifth Council in Jinan. After deliberation and approval by the representatives of the plenary, the relevant list is hereby announced as follows.
List of new member enterprises (6 in total)
1. Suzhou Shihua New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.
2. Changxing Special Materials (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.
3. Shandong Meihua Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd.
4. Kangde Xin Composite Material Group Co.,Ltd.
5. Changzhou Haotian New Material Technology Co., Ltd.
6. Shenzhen Changmao Viscose Products Co., Ltd.
List of Dismission Members (5 in total)
Some of the existing enterprises withdraw because of business adjustment, factory relocation or change of the main business direction, some of them have financial difficulties due to poor operation, some of them fail to fulfill their membership obligations and do not pay membership fees for two consecutive years. I will dismiss them in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of Chapter III of the Articles of Association's Constitution.

After the development of six new members and the dismissal of five members who do not conform to the Constitution, I now have 357 members. I hereby announce.
